Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original boxes with all protective padding, then print and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Schedule a Pickup
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a complimentary home pickup for oversized furniture items.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
